I've been a builder my whole career, from writing code in private banks in Istanbul, to co-founding Shoop (a retail analytics startup) with university friends, to leading the engineering execution for Riot's Web Store in Dublin. The focus has always been the same: take something ambiguous and make it work.
I work across people, product, and systems: I can talk to a CEO and a backend engineer in the same afternoon. I've hired and let people go, shipped under pressure, and learned more from the things that didn't work than the ones that did.

The right problem to commit to as a founder or founding engineer. I want to hear from founders who need someone to own engineering, from domain experts deep in a hard or overlooked problem, and from investors and operators in that world. I'm also open to senior engineering leadership roles where the problem is genuinely hard.
